Xenonepal is an independent third-party service facilitating digital product delivery. We are not officially registered as a business entity. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the informal nature of this service.

Service Overview

Xenonepal is an independent, third-party service provider that facilitates the delivery of digital products such as gaming top-ups, subscriptions, gift cards, and software licenses.

We are not an officially registered business entity. We operate as an online service connecting buyers with digital products sourced through authorized channels.

By using Xenonepal, you acknowledge that you are engaging with an informal digital marketplace and accept the terms described on this page.

Digital Products

All products sold through Xenonepal are digital in nature. Once a product has been successfully delivered to your account or inbox, the transaction is considered complete.

Due to the nature of digital goods, delivered products are generally non-refundable. Please verify your Player ID, account details, and selected product carefully before placing an order.

We source our products through authorized distributors and reseller networks. All codes and credits provided are genuine.

Delivery & Processing

Most orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 15 minutes after payment confirmation. However, during peak hours or due to verification requirements, delivery may take longer.

In some cases, orders may require additional time for manual processing. We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee instant delivery for every transaction.

If your order has not been delivered within 1 hour, please contact our support team with your order details for immediate assistance.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including your Player ID, email address, and selected product.

You must ensure that the payment amount matches the order total and that the uploaded payment proof is clear and valid.

You agree not to use Xenonepal for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a product was not delivered due to an error on our end, we will either re-deliver the product or issue a full refund.

Refunds for correctly delivered products are generally not possible. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement.

For agent or wallet-based purchases, refunds are credited back to your Xenonepal wallet balance.

Limitation of Liability

Xenonepal provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our platform.

We are not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user, delays caused by third-party payment processors, or issues with the game or service publisher's systems.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Changes & Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Xenonepal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
