Terms and conditions for agents and resellers operating through the Xenonepal platform.

These terms apply specifically to individuals or businesses participating in Xenonepal's agent and reseller program. General users should refer to our Terms of Service.
Agent & Reseller Relationship
Xenonepal's agent program allows approved individuals and businesses to resell our digital products at wholesale pricing. Agents are independent operators and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Xenonepal.
As an agent, you are responsible for your own customers, communications, and after-sales support. You may not make claims or promises on behalf of Xenonepal that are not authorized.
Xenonepal reserves the right to approve or deny agent applications at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Pricing & Wallet System
Agents operate on a pre-paid wallet system. You must maintain a sufficient wallet balance to place orders. Orders are deducted from your wallet balance at the applicable agent rate.
Agent pricing is set by Xenonepal and may change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify agents of pricing changes, but ultimately prices are subject to market conditions.
Wallet top-ups are processed through the same payment methods available to regular customers. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.
Order Processing
Agents place orders through the same platform as regular customers, with agent-specific pricing applied automatically to their accounts.
Order processing times for agents follow the same guidelines as regular orders — typically within 5 to 15 minutes, though delays may occur during peak periods or for manual-processing items.
Agents are responsible for verifying order details (Player IDs, product selection, etc.) before submission. Errors due to incorrect information provided by the agent are the agent's responsibility.
Disputes & Refunds
If an order is not delivered due to an issue on Xenonepal's end, the agent's wallet will be refunded for the full amount of the failed order.
Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of order placement. Late disputes may not be eligible for resolution.
Xenonepal does not mediate disputes between agents and their end customers. Agents are solely responsible for their customer relationships.
Suspension & Termination
Xenonepal may suspend or terminate an agent account at any time for violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform.
Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance will be refunded to the agent through their original payment method within 7 business days, minus any pending disputes or deductions.
Agents may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting support and requesting a final wallet withdrawal.
Contact & Amendments
These merchant terms may be updated from time to time. Agents will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
